The Cornfields of Terrence Malick

To celebrate the release of Terrence Malick’s new film To The Wonder, I decided to grab some screenshots from some of his previous films that demonstrate his love for cornfields.

  1. Probably something deep and dramatic that happened to Malick during his childhood. Or he just likes the colour and feel of the fields in his frame.
